Academic Guidance
All successful applicants to the Research Assistance Program will be linked directly with an English speaking Egyptian University professor of repute. The professor will provide 30 hours of direct assistance to the researcher, including but not limited to the following categories:
Supervision of the research product from first formulations to finished text
Discussion on the research proposal and advice on amendments
Suggestion and arrangement of interviews with other Egyptian professors, experts, and personalities, where possible
Regular, structured meetings with researcher to discuss progress on paper
Thorough revision of the final draft, adding suggestions for improvement
Approval of final text, along with evaluation of the paper and researcher
