Submissions

This policy governs the following organisations:

• Arab West Report (AWR)
• Center for Arab West Understanding (CAWU)
• Stichting Arab West Understanding (SAWU)
• Center for Intercultural Dialogue & Translation (CIDT)
• Electronic Network for Arab West Understanding (ENAWU)
• Holy Family in Egypt

Document Construction

Documents submitted for consideration should have a maximum file size of 1MB.The preferred file formats for submissions are Microsoft Word, Open Office (ODT files) and PDF.

Files that do not meet the above basic criteria will not be considered for inclusion on our websites.� AWF shall not be responsible for editing or revising submitted documents prior to inclusion.

Content

• Articles must be original work;

• The subject must be related to the work of he Arab West Foundation, i.e. Arab-West, Islam-West, Muslim-Christian relations;

• If texts are polemical they will be rejected, they should preferably be descriptive,promiting dialogue, understanding and not the interests of one particular party only.

Language

We accept documents produced in English, Arabic, French, German, Dutch and Korean.� However, it would be appreciated if, wherever possible, submissions that are not in English could also include either a summary or full translation in English.

AWF will not be responsible for translation of documents submitted for inclusion or placement on any of our websites.
